What is the CSM Career Self Management Program?

The CSM Program has been developed over a twenty-three year period. A combination of carefully designed individual exercises and assignments contained in this manual, together with one-on-one confidential consultations provided by your professional, enables you to do any or all of the following:

The Executive Network Inc. Career Coaching Services will provide you with:

• An initial consultation to assess your individual interests and needs
• Completion of professionally developed career related assessments and profiles
  
• Two sessions with your consultant to debrief these reports
  
• A further meeting with your consultant to review your career history and to discuss the choices you have made and review any concerns you may have
  
• Your consultant will have you determine WHAT it is that you want to do and HOW you will get there - your job search
  
• Assistance to develop a network, prepare resumes, cover letters, preparation for job interviews, and or your own business development
