Brad received his B.A. from the University of Toronto, and a Diploma in Business Administration, from the University of Western Ontario, Graduate Business School.
Brad was a Partner with Deloitte & Touche Management Consultants in Toronto & Vancouver prior to relocating to Victoria; Principal/Partner, with Hickling Johnston Management Consultants in Toronto; President and VP Merchandising in the residential and commercial floor covering industry; and a Group Product Manager with a major international consumer products company.
Brad was actively involved in volunteering with the UVIC MBA Program. Previous volunteering includes a United Way directorship, development of a building trades apprenticeship program for a community college, executive roles in a national, and a provincial trade association, and Chair of the Field Sales Management program for a university extension program.
