Catherine's professional career has taken her into the high tech, financial services, public service, education, forestry, mining, and petrochemical sectors, as both an internal and external consultant and manager in labour relations, organisation development, compensation management and recruitment.

In her career, Catherine has relocated to Whitehorse, Dawson Creek, Fort McMurray, Toronto, and Vancouver, as well as Vancouver Island. Catherine applies this valuable experience when working with clients who need to relocate for employment reasons.

As a volunteer board member she has been closely involved with mental health, cancer care, maritime policy, housing, and community care agencies. Catherine offers a unique depth and breadth of experience to our Career Transition program, and is committed to assuring that all involved have a quality experience as they address the challenges and opportunities in what is often a difficult time for employers, employees, their families, and communities.
