David's experienced knowledge of Organizational and Information Technology sectors allows him to approach candidates and clients with a thorough understanding of the needs and requirements of these disciplines. His real-life experience is an invaluable asset in the successful recruitment and retention of individuals within these fields.
After earning his Ph.D. in Psychology from the University of Alberta, David completed his postdoctoral training in Computational Neuroscience at Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, PA. He then joined the faculty at the Medical College of Wisconsin where he was an Associate Professor of Neurology. David is a Sessional Instructor in Psychology at the University of Victoria, and has recently become a Board Member of the Victoria Epilepsy and Parkinson's Centre.
Two years ago, David returned to his family roots on Vancouver Island and joined The Executive Network, Inc. as the Lead Executive Search Consultant in the Medical, Health Care, Academic, and IT sectors.
As Vice-President and COO, he is fully qualified to interact as a peer/partner with senior executives and clients.
