Dawn's career includes 18 years as CEO of her own consulting company with 32 staff in 3 offices where she developed and delivered training programs that are offered throughout Canada.

A recently published author, her new book "Keeping Good Employees on Board" speaks to her expertise in Employee Retention and has been endorsed by numerous HR professionals and by bestselling leadership expert, Jim Kouzes, co-author of "The Leadership Challenge".

A teambuilding and change management facilitator, Dawn has the ability to discover what is working for your team and to then develop strategies that will further enhance team performance and satisfaction. Dawn brings a dynamic and engaging style to her training and coaching and is best known for her creative and experiential training delivery.
