As a senior practitioner in Labour Relations - Human Resource Management Siedo’s expertise has included consulting and working in the private and public sectors, his accomplishments are found in all of the HR core initiatives. His experiences and successes are found in; people management, enhancing Human Resource core competencies (HR functional expertise), implementing new Human Resource / Employee Relations programs, conducting innovative collective bargaining, turning around “negative” cultures, and meeting and exceeding goals, with astute political acumen and leadership.

In his HR/Labour Relations career Siedo has located in British Columbia, South Africa, Ontario, Belgium, Kuwait, Dubai, Yukon Territory and Saskatchewan. Organizations the Siedo has worked for or consulted with include: the forest industry, petro-chemical industry, the insurance sector, a Canadian brewery conglomerate, the food sector – retail, wholesale and fast-food, provincial and territorial governments, BC employer associations, post-secondary institutions and West Coast First Nations going into self-governance in 2011.

Siedo has volunteered on Boards in BC, including cultural organizations, governing sports bodies and NGO’s. Siedo continues to referee and participate in the rugby culture, both in Vancouver and the Island.

Siedo is based in Nanaimo, BC, and provides Human Resource Consulting on behalf of the Executive Network Inc for the central to north region of Vancouver Island.
