What You Will Gain By Attending

The courts have recently reexamined what information a departing employee is entitled to take with him or her, and the right of the employee to compete with his or her former employer.

Unless you have a valid employment contract in place, you may not be protected when an employee leaves.

Frank and Pheng will be speaking on the importance of employment contracts, especially in the protection of confidential information or business practices.

They will also address protecting against the departing employee unfairly competing with you by using the knowledge and contacts while in your employ.
