Walter has been with The Executive Network Inc. since its foundation in 1986. With his leadership the company has grown from a two person HR consulting firm in Victoria, B.C. to become one of the most widely represented and respected privately owned Executive Search, Career Transition and Corporate Growth Strategy consulting firms based in Western Canada.
The Executive Network is proud to be affiliated with some of Canada’s most respected and successful HR consulting firms from Victoria BC to St. Johns Newfoundland / Labrador, the USA and internationally.
His prime responsibility as president and CEO has always been and still is, to bring together and lead an integrated team of highly skilled Management Consultants. Each member of the team has earned his or her professional accreditations and has the exemplary skills, experience and training required to provide our customers and clients with leading edge human resources and corporate growth strategies.
Walter’s mantra is “People are our #1 priority.” Although our network now is from ocean to ocean, we are and must always be locally committed and globally connected. We must remain experts in finding, retaining and developing highly successful performers for our customers wherever they are located.
We believe that any organization is only as successful as its human resources can make it. When our customers succeed, we succeed. That is what we are best at and must always be best at.
