Brad has consulted with The Executive Network Inc. for over 20 years specializing in the areas of executive search and relocation, compensation and organizational reviews.

Professional Experience 

Brad received his BA from the University of Toronto, and a Diploma in Business Administration, from the University of Western Ontario, Graduate Business School.

Brad was a Partner with Deloitte & Touche Management Consultants in Toronto & Vancouver prior to relocating to Victoria; Principal/Partner, with Hickling Johnston Management Consultants in Toronto; President and VP Merchandising in the residential and commercial floor covering industry; and a Group Product Manager with a major international consumer products company.

Brad was actively involved in volunteering with the UVIC MBA Program. Previous volunteering includes a United Way directorship, development of a building trades apprenticeship program for a community college, executive roles in a national, and a provincial trade association, and Chair of the Field Sales Management program for a university extension program.
