Throughout an extensive career as a professional in human resource management Catherine has focused on constructive labour relations, collaborative organisation development, and equity issues, providing expertise in conflict management, and team development, plus process facilitation as well as career transition consultation and compensation and performance reward management. Her experience is augmented by recognized professional standing in human resource management (CPHR), business education (MBA) and post graduate study in organisation culture (doctoral level). She has practised in the public and private sectors: federal, provincial and territorial public services; forestry, mining, high tech, petrochemical, and financial services industries, in several Canadian regions.
