Managing Partner – Okanagan Region
Judi is a Senior Consultant in Career Transition services. She was a Partner with Murray Axmith and later served with Right Management Consultants.

Now she provides assistance to Executive Network clients in Career Transition. She also works with our corporate clients in many different industries in the Okanagan Region.

In 1995, before joining Murray Axmith, Judi was a Human Resources Manager with Pacific Press, where she managed a workforce reduction program involving over six hundred employees. Judi also focused on the development of individual potential and her work included organizational change, coaching and counselling, employment and selection, compensation, employment equity, performance management, training and development, succession planning, employee and family assistance programs, policy development, attendance and disability management programs.

Judi has lived and worked for the past 15 years in the Okanagan region.

Judi is renowned for her positive attitude and her strategic focus on positive outcomes. Her clients state that she is a top-notch professional who provides the confidence, stability, resource assistance, coaching, guidance and encouragement they needed to be successful in exceeding the results they expected.

She is an active member of the BC Human Resources Management association (BCHRMA) and has participated as a Board member both for the local chapter, region, and the provincial association. She is an active volunteer in her own community as a Director of the Naramata Citizens Association, the Regional District of Okanagan Similkameen advisory Planning Committee, Co-Director of Naramata Emergency Support Services, Chair of the Naramata Friends of the Library, and several other worthwhile organizations.
